I can no longer see/ manage my sure signal when I log in. This may be because I switched tariffs (although I kept the same number) since I first registered. Can someone advise please?

I can see you provided us with a Trace test on 01 June.

Thank you for providing this, however we also need your Sure Signal serial number so we can look into your issue.

Once we have this we will be happy to look into this for you.

Hi mjmidlands and anyone else who requires it.

You can access you Sure Signal by this method .......

On the home screen of 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number beneath the bill date
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'

Hope that helps.

@mjmidlands
