Vodafone sure signal new sim

Vodafone shop put a new sim in my phone now it's not working with my sure signal. What do I need to do? Thanks

I assume all works ok via the SIM card and connecting to the network, sending texts and making calls.  i.e. it's been activated.

 

Try de registering and re registering the number to your sure signal box.

Hi TN78,

 

You can access your Sure Signal details by using this method ......

On the home screen of 'My Account'

  • Select 'Manage' next to the main number beneath the bill date
  • Under account services select 'Manage services'
  • Select 'Sure Signal'
