When I got my new phone I inserted sim provided & downloaded app, everything worked perfectly.
I then contacted Vodaphone to transfer my old mobile number & since then, despite deleting & reinstalling the app, I can't access my useage
Can you help please

At the top of each page, you will see the Log into My Account button and then follow the instructions to create a new account

Hi there

 

The reason you are having this issue is because you installed the app prior to porting your number over and basically the app is stuck on the old number.

 

Firstly, has your number ported over yet?  If it has, please launch the app, click on the settings cog at the top right and then select Forget me.  This will force the app to reset and try to connect again.  Make sure you do this with WiFi off and in an area with strong 3G signal.

When did you set up the contract?  Have you had your first bill since porting your number?

Hi,
Not had bill, DD has been taken from my account yesterday tho.
Thought I should receive an email or text, informing me when oayment was taken?

Sometimes porting a number in can confuse the system a bit and ot will normally sort itself out once your billing cycle runs.

Now, your bill will be available in your online account. Out of curiosity, have created a new online account for your new phone number? If not I would recommend that you do that so you can check your bill. Creating an online account may also solve the issue you're having with the app.

If you pay by direct debit you won't get a notification when the payment is taken.
