Sent my phone away to be repaired under warranty 07/08/2016 and it has still not been returned, tracked it online and was supposed to have been sent back 12/08, but shop tells me this is not the case as they are awaiting parts.
Shop inadequately staffed, endless queues on going into shop and no staff to answer phone, in the neantime I am paying rental on a phone I do not have!!! NOT HAPPY:smileymad:

A repair timeframe can sometimes depend on the issues with the phone. Sometimes it's just a firmware update and then it can be major work.

Im not sure what you mean about paying rental for the phone.
The monthly amount your paying is for your tariff and allowances.
If on an eligible tariff and they have one in stock a loan phone can sometimes be offered.

Was a charging issue with a Galaxy, as I said it was marked as dispatched 12/08, but since then the store contacted me and said that repair centre were waiting on parts (which had now been received)
That was over a week ago, why have online tracking when it obviously does not work?
Paying a monthly rental for a phone I do not have, no replacement offered while phone away.

Lee, glad to see your link for the Vodafone repair portal works as the one on their tracking page doesn't.

For a communication company, the communication is crap, ended up going into store after trying to contact them for days. Member of staff phoned their repairs service and was informed that the phone could not be repaired and they were going to send out a new galaxy for me, they had tried to contact me on the mobile phone number (sim card is in a drawer because I have no phone to put it in) and now since I was in shop, they would now send it out 3/5 days delivery. Tracking page has not been updated and still shows as repaired and dispatched 12/08, no other way to communicate with anybody, but hey a new phone, and the inconvenience of not having a mobile.

So have waited 3/5 wprking days for new phone, back into shop 06/09 and still no phone, once again shop guy phones up repair centre. I am 26th in the queue to be sent a new phone and they send out 10 a day!!!!!!!
So I mignt get it this week or maybe not, up till today 08/09 I have not heard, starting to get really angry now.
