If you've just joined by porting in from another network or new contract with new number it maybe a case of your account settling.
I would suggest speaking with Customer service on 191 or Live Chat who'll be able to access your account and Help.

Sorry to add have you tried turning it Off.
Cancel all diverts via...
Press Phone.
Press Keypad.
Key in ##002# and press the call icon.
And then turn it back on.

To turn diverts back on again at any time, just call 1211
