Had my new phone through Carphone warehouse.
Looking to enter my PAC but being asked for account number. I have text account and postcode to 97886, but it is telling me I need to wait for welcome email. How long will it take for me to receive this?
Mine took a while too, it was annoying. I went onto Vodafone and on Chat and they told me the account number through that. I've been with Vodafone 2 weeks now, and still have not had this 'welcome email'!!
