May I ask if you've tried clearing Caches and Cookies and or tried another alternative browser. 

Is there anything we as fellow customers can help with.

hey yes already clean it use chrome and safari both same

What happens after you try and access the website from the subject headings at the top of the page after posting here on the forum ?

It may just be the page you are accessing is not available.  If you let the forum know the information you require from the website, you may be able to get some help here.

If it is your online account where you are having the access issue, this will need account access which can be provided by live chat.
