Hi, need help.
On the Vodafone Repair Tracker, where it says: Repair Outcome, it says: exchanged (faulty). What does this mean?

Vodafone should really have made contact once the assessment of the phone had been completed.
That could mean your phone is beyond repair so are replacing it probably with a mint refurbished phone. If they have stock it should be the same make and model as yours but if not a comparable model.
I'd suggest to call 191 and ask for official clarification.
