Where Do I Find My Account Number or PIN?

There might be a really obvious answer I'm missing, but I'm trying to register for the online services & am being asked for my account number or PIN. As far as I know, I don't have either?

I received the iPhone 4 on Friday and my number just became active today (after porting from O2), but the only kind of reference number I seemed to have on any email or even the documentation that came with the phone is the order number, beginning with 'o'.

If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful!

This really is outrageous - coming up 2 years after this topic first highlighted the issue, people are STILL expected to Google the problem, find this forum, post and wait for a reply. This problem would take 30 seconds to sort out properly and permanently!!!

The sensible view would be to call customer service to get the number wouldnt it.

The sensible view would be for a company who give you the account to give you the account number when you join!!! Sensible view is to not give it and make you call customer services to get it? What planet are you on!!
