Hi, recently subscribed to Vodafone home broadband, having been a Vodafone mobile customer for almost 10 years.
The initial connection was not straightforward and took a lot longer than originally expected. I was previously with BT and to be honest although slightly more expensive, at least it worked.
Having wasted hours on the phone to Vodaphone "help line" (you need help after trying to resolve any problem with this level of ""customer service""), I have eventually been told that it is because of where I live that my broadband is terrible at the best of times. Funny it was ok with BT???
I will be spending most of the new year contacting, probably taking legal advice...
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF JOINING VODAFONE... DO NOT DO IT, TERRIBLE SERVICE, SHAME USED TO BE THE BEST!!!!

How long has it been since your activation date ?

Are you hooked up by Ethernet or Wifi ?
When you run a speed test what's your Ping figure ?
i use Speedtest.net from Ookla
