I have had wifi calling enabled on my account but my Vodafone sim card is hiding the toggle to activate it on my handset. If i put an EE sim card in the handset the menu option is there, a vodafone sim card and it is not..... How do i get this fixed...
Thx in advance

It was activated several weeks ago and i have spent many many hours on the phone to customer services with no results. Im assuming someone who knows how needs to send an update out to the sim to tell it to unhide the menu.
I actually have activated wifi calling using my EE sim but havent been anywhere to see if the setting holds when changing sim over...

Service is definately active has been since October, they quote iPhone 6 and 6 but it does work on the 6 if you can get it activated

You're quite correct the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are capable but as @63johnw has advised Vodafone haven't yet authorised those models yet.

So a gentle push in making us upgrade to get a feature that an older model is quite capable of then.....
