I wanted the S6 Edge in gold and rang vodafone on the 23.03.15 placed the order all grand, straight away i got a text confirmation and email with the reference number. Then after 10 mins or so another text to say this had been cancelled. Turns out the advisor had ordered the wrong phone plus there had been an systems error also meaning my credit check didnt go through.
Rang again on 24.03.15, emphasised it needed to be the gold S6 edge, no problem, ordered and again email and text confirmation received. I looked at the email and she ordered black. By now im getting annoyed i've made so many outbound calls to get this sorted.
25.03.15 an advisor rings me back to confirm this is definitely been ordered correctly (3rd time) and just a matter of waiting. Never any email or text confirmation received. I have used live chat a few times and have been given a ref num but i cannot use this to track online as invalid??
13.04.15 rang and spoke to quite an arrogant member of staff that told me my order wouldn't even go through, he's never seen it ordered the way it had been, and that i should just order the s6..I told him i wanted the Edge and it was my choice and he also told me id have to cancel this and re-order but it would be more expensive, basically tough luck. I wanted to speak to a manager but he put me through to a lovely guy in a different dept who unfortunately couldnt call up my details, but he ref to his manager who told me to go into store. Went in to store (after working all day) and they hadnt a clue why i had been sent in to them. The couldnt retrieve my information either. They gave me a contact number to ring so rang that when i got home.. Again the guy kept trying to get me to order a different phone and was very ignorant to the fact i have been messed about from the start.
I know i have to wait on stock levels all I wanted was reassurance this order is ok, the first advisor on the 13.04.15 told me the order looked like it wouldnt even go through and I have had absolutely no correspondance in relation to this order at all.. So im still no further on. Absolute disgrace, I wouldnt recomment them to any one, they'll prob not even answer this either because they don't care!
