Sorry to hear about this, I know what it's like when your sat waiting for something and it doesn't arrive (especially more than once!) if your house is difficult to find or DPD are struggling, I think your best bet is customer service.
Customer service have a direct line to DPD, as they are Vodafone's courier of choice they communicate with one-another, they can talk to DPD who can call through to the driver directly, or place extensive delivery instructions on the delivery (e.g the red door, or in the corner etc) so that he can have a good look for your house.
Sometimes when jobs are done manually there's human error that can happen, DPD may just genuinely struggle to find your house and need some extra direction, this can be placed on the order by Vodafone customer services. You can dial 191 from your handset to do this, or talk to the live chat team.
