Keep getting the following message!!!!
Could not activate mobile data network - You are not subscribed to a mobile data service
I am on a sim only contract with vodafone (changes just over a month ago from payt).
Please Help!

Helen,
You have posted the same question in two place. Please only post in one place.
If you are no longer a PAYG customer you need to change your settings. You can do this by syncing the phone with itunes and this should force the new settings to be dowloaded to the phone. Or you can text the word web to 40127 and the settings should be sent to you.

Those settings are for a PAYG phone not a monthly contract. Are you a PAYG customer? Can you make voice phone calls?

Hi SharonAuld,
Have you been able to access the internet before with your phone?
If not, sync your phone with iTunes to make sure you’ve got the latest carrier settings.

i have the same problem here i cant activate my mobile data network because on the phone stting there is no mobile data network icon so how can i use my phone on internet outside the house..

Are you able to make voice calls and send texts? Have you got mobile data switched on in settings? There is no mobile data icon as such - it will either say 3G or o (which means GPRS) or E for Edge.

yup all are working properly except on when i want to use internet outside
