I have tried and tried but cannot find how to add and or administer phones regeisteerd to my Sure Signal (VSS). All the docs and texts sned me to vodafone.co.uk/suresignal but that gets redirected to whatever and nothing in "My Vodafone" lets me administer Sure Signal.

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi BookhamRichard,
There is a section in My Vodafone that allows you to administer the Sure Signal
Once you’ve logged in, scroll to the bottom of the main page and there will be a section for either ‘Register my Sure Signal’ or ‘Manage my Sure Signal’
If you’re not seeing one of these links, it may be that the Sure Signal is registered with a different number as the owner.
