changing phone and sim size

I am changing from an LG with old size SIM to an unlocked iphone 5s which uses nano SIM. I wish to keep my number and PAYGo. How do I get the new SIM please?

Best way is to visit your local Vodafone shop where they'll sim swap for you.

Thank you for helping. I'm on a Scottish island with no dedicated Vodaphone shop, and we only have one good computer/phone dealer. Will he be authorised maybe?

Hi,

No they won't have access to Vodafone systems. 

As as I see it you have a couple of options. 

Ask someone you know who can visit a Vodafone store and ask for a Blank Payg Nano Sim Card and ask them to post it to you.

On recieving it then contact Vodafone via Live Chat or through ringing 191 and ask them to initiate the sim swap. As a Payg Customer you cannot initiate the sim swap online yourself. 

Or

Contact Custoner service and ask for a SIM card to be posted to you and on recieving it then contact them again for a sim swap. 

Or

Some shops use a specific cutter to make the sim into a nano sized. Please consider this as a very last resort as it can damage the sim and render it useless. Do not try to trim it down yourself.
