What Payg tariff are you on ?
The credit may have been taken to pay for allowances in a big value bundle.
Also sending texts that convert to MMS messages cost. i.e. adding in emoticons. Link > Why-have-I-been-charged-for-a-text-message.
If you don't have a data bundle and have left mobile data turned on this can use your credit via a daily charge.
Check your myvodafone.
Or call 191 or use Live Chat from a computer. Link in my signature below.

I understand that I have a lot of possibilities to spend the credit.
How can I check exactly what I spent for 10 pounds credit.
Thanks.
Marc
PS : There is no support advisor available for the chat.

If you cannot find anything in your myvodafone online then please call customer service on 191.
Or Open the Live Chat window from the link in my signature below using a Computer, and leave it open until an agent becomes free.

Hi @mbfrench
The only way you are going to be able to find itemised usage for PAYG is by logging into your online account.
You should be able to view any remaining, queued bundles and itemised charges. If itemised is not working, you will need to use Live Chat or call Vodafone, they should be able to arrange for the itemised charges to be emailed to you.
A possibility of missing credit is always for data use, with Smartphones being constantly connected to the internet, with mobile data turned on and without a data allowance, Vodafone will be making a daily charge.

To set up an online account, use the Login button very top right of the Forum pages, or use http://www.vodafone.co.uk/myvodafone/faces/home - take the Register option, and have your phone to hand for security codes.
Unfortunately there is something of an issue with PAYG usage data - its availability seems to come and go according to no detectable pattern. If you get an error report, leave it a few hours and try again, and you might be lucky!

@mbfrench I think, in that case, that your credit must have gone to buy a Big Value Bundle. If you make a call, send a text, or use a certain amount of data, and it is covered by the allowances within your bundle, then they will show as having occurred, but at a cost of zero. The list may not go far enough back, but it should show two actual sums of money - the credit when you topped up, and then the purchase of the bundle. After that, it will all be zeros, until either your allowances are used up, or the 30-day duration had expired.

Ok I paid 10 pounds for a Big Value Bundle. You are right.
But I only have lines with zeros so that I still do not know why (and when) I used my credit so that I cannot phone anymore !!!
