Hi All

Vodaphone has promised me a swap as my new phone is dangerous( Note 7). they first got my order wrong and after a week I got it changed to the Iphone 7+ (not my first choice). They told me 2 to 4 weeks and now are telling me 4 weeks 2 weeks later? delay on delay. It feels like they don't care about already account holders as new people can get the iphone + alot sooner. Seening as vodaphone has already been fined for its behaviour to customer quality support has shown me that their behaviour has not changed and maybe thier beviour needs to be addressed with maybe a bigger fine and a board change?. Am I the only one that feels this way?

I appreciate your frustrated with having to deal with a recalled phone and now having had ro wait for the replacement model. 

 

Unfortunately many are still experiencing delays for the iPhone 7 in particular the Plus Models, some capacities and the Jet black model. 

 

The recent events you mention is surrounding payg contracts. 

 

I hope you get sorted soon.
