Hi I have just tried to register my v2 sure signal box, but it says that it is already registed, how can I get it de register it,

help me please

Hi there

 

Is this a brand new SureSignal unit or did you buy it second hand? If it was second hand, the original owner will need to get in contact with Vodafone to have it deregistered.  If it is brand new, then something has gone wrong that will need the eForum Team to investigate.
