de register sure signal box

hi i have been given a old sure signal box some time ago but i have just got round to registering itit looks as if it is still registered. is it possible to de-register?

Only the original owner can deregister the Sure Signal. 

They can do this on their My Vodafone account, or ask them to contact our Live help team.
