I have a vodafone SS which was associated with my account, and also my wife's phone. I didn't deregister it before i left vodafone, and now my wife is having problems with signal. Can you please deregister the device so that my wife can register it on her account? serial is: 40113660597

As explained above, the moment your number moves away from Vodafone or is cancelled, the associated account is ended. It can't exist as the mobile phone number doesn't exist anymore on the Vodafone network.

that's ultimately the problem - it's poorly designed. if the account is terminated, release the registration of the device!
anyway, nothing you or i can fix. i'lll wait again for the team to contact me and see if they can help this time.
