dialing problem

His since the last update my s6 edge has random issue of not dialing a call sometimes. For example if you dial a contact or input a number it shows the calling connecting screen for half a second but then just disappears and goes back to the previous screen. The call does not even show in the call log. If you redial then the call goes through fine. It's a intermittent issue.
I Have tried new sim card and refreshing sim card. I just factory reset my phone yeterday but still same problem???

It sounds almost like you are in an area where there may be congestion on the network which would explain why it goes through the second time. 

 

Does this only happen in one area or does it happen everywhere?  Have you tried your SIM card in a different handset just to narrow down whether or not there is an issue with the phone?

Hi it happens everywhere my sister is on Vodafone and she doesn't seem to have the problem. Not tried in another phone

Hi

If the issue continues in another handset then I'd suggest the SIM card needs replacing which can be processed in any Vodaphone HighStreet Store. This moves your mobile number and address to a new SIM card which takes from a few minutes up to approx 24 hours. Take some photo ID with you to prove your identity.

If you don't have a store local then contact Customer Services and have one posted out and you can perform your sim swap at home via link on the site.

If the sim works then I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer for assistance via their UK Support Site
