entertainment package

Hi, I just received the blackberry passport with free entertainment package, I followed the instructions via the text I received, all fine until I select the sports option and agree to terms etc... go to download the app and blackberry doesn't support it. So I could not continue, no additional information or registration process.
So now what? I tried to register to use the now tv but obviously I've registered for sports, with no way to connect. please help.

Unfortunately, not all devices support our Entertainment offers. BlackBerry currently only support the NowTV app. Our Entertainment compitability tool has further details.

 

So we can remove the Sky Sports Mobile TV subscription you chose, please come and chat to us on Live help

Alternatively, we can sort it on 191, option 1 and option 3.

Or the Android version of Spotify, via the Amazon app store which is pre-loaded from 10.3.1 - works very well

Well, I'm just off the phone to vodafone only to be told because the package subscription was activated 8 days ago nothing can be done. I have spent time over the last 4 days to call and I have been on hold everytime for more than 20 minutes, hence turning to the forum. Also I did call on the Friday one day after I activated the account and I was told I could use another device to watch sky sports just log in via Vodafone account details. So I've had the runaround. So I apologise for taking so long to figure out why I couldn't use my subscription. I may just consider returning my handset and cancel my contract. Cheers vodafone.

I received my entertainement package in January when I renewed my contract. 

I still haven't used this package and hope the 6-months are still available for me to take up the offer?
