iPad air 2 no data contract belying pay monthly

I just did a sim swap from micro to nano sim to be able to use the data in my contract on my new iPad.
After checking everything and speaking to the tech team I still cannot use my 3G data from the contract in the iPad.
Can someone please advise how could I do it?

Thanks for trying to help but it seems you are the only one who trust them.
I have spoken several times with them on the phone/chat and they don't know/want to help. Now I am seeing that you are having problems with new contracts.... Can you please clarify if there is an issue activating sims and when will it be solved?
I am pay monthly and paying 21£ per month for something I cannot use.
This is getting really upsetting, almost a month to solve an issue...

Thanks again but after over 20 minutes, again nothing has changed.
I have simswapped twice
Restore the network settings like 5 times
Restart device incontable no of times
Restore to new device,...
I just don't know what to do. And the worst is that the old sim still works (micro) and the new (nano) doesn't. The micro has still messages, calls and the Internet!!! Is there a problem in your swap system?
Please help with this. I'm already over two weeks trying to solve this 'easy' problem.
