iPhone 5 Sure Signal Problem

I have an iphone 5s and my wife has an iphone6. The 6 gets full bars and 3G the iphone 5 gets nothing..? I have de registered and registered, reset checked internet speed. I'm now at a loss. please help

We’ve checked the connection to your Sure Signal device and everything seems to be working correctly.

 

We'll need to perform some Live diagnostics with you to investigate this further.

What ever you did it worked. I am getting full signal and 3G on my Iphone 5S and the my wife is getting full bars and 3G.
