@AlanSS We’ve pushed a resync through to your Sure Signal, please allow up to an hour for this to update.
Once this has updated, please turn all the phones off that are in contact with the Sure Signal.
If you’re still unable to connect, please let us know.

Hi,
For all of you who have problems connecting to sure signal 3
I have had the same problem for weeks, till now. HTC One, BT hub5, sure signal 3 low reception just like before sure signal.
1: go to phone mobile data settings and set your phone to 3G only! not 2G&3G or 2-3-4G auto. 3G Only!!! Than switch off wireless data connection too.
2: switch everything off including phone for 20 min. The Hub, the phone, and unplug the sure signal3 from the wall socket!
3: after about 20min. 1st turn on the internet hub. Than 10 min later the sure signal and Give it 20min to set up. It’s a little slow poor thing… J till you have the red light and the two white lights/symbols on!
4: and lastly turn your phone on! And let it sit for a while… it will find the sure signal should get full reception if you’re in the same room as the sure signal box. If the wireless connection is off on your phone as we switched it off earlier, the third light/symbol should come up on sure signal, and Your phone should show full reception on 3G!
Test it, make few calls send some messages…
Now if you wish you can turn the wireless connection back on. The 3G will disappear but should still have a full bar of reception on your phone!!!
Try! It worked for me! After struggling for weeks and looking for online help! J good luck!
