internet dongle

I've just topped up £20 and added a £20 bundle with 3G of internet.
But when I connect it says credit is 0 and no balance or bundles and won't connect me to the internet.

Any ideas what went wrong? Where did my £20 go?

Actually it's fine, it went through. Just want patient enough.
