Hi there I've had the lg nexus 5 for just over a month and it has been great. But in the last week or so every time I plug the phone in to charge I lose signal and the only way to get it back is by restarting the phone. This is extremely annoying as sometimes I miss messages and calls that I end up receiving hours later. I was wondering if you could send me a new sim card to see of this solves the problem.

Hi there

 

It sounds to me like the phone is faulty and will need to be sent back for repair.  The quickest way of getting a new SIM card is to pop into a Vodafone Store.  They will provide you with a new SIM and activate it for you.  Alternatively, you can call 191 and they will arrange for one to be sent to you.
