log in on website redirects to site map

hi I have been trying to log into my account and after entering my username & password it always redirects me to site map?

i have had no joy with chat it always ends up the same after all suggestions of clearing cache, using different browsers, using the forgot password link???

You should try clearing the cache and browsing data - you'll find this in your browser settings. 

If you reply with which browser you're using, I can help you out further.

i am using chrome at the moment but it does the same with IE & Edge i have cleared the cache

That seems a bit odd then.

You could contact Vodafone via Live Chat on the support pages and ask them to delete your online account and make you a fresh one. Could resolve the issues.

iv egone through every step chat has given me numerous times with no joy, its a pain in the butt lol but i may suggest that to them thanks
