Have been trying to get copy of last two months Invoices with no success been trying since 23rd of April, can not access web site due to security confirmation text is not sent, have had user and password updated by call center this seems not to be the problem. Does any body out there recognize this problem and have a work around as Vodafone don't seem to have a clue?.

If your having issues having the text sent to your phone then as alternative a person can arrange to have the code sent to a nominated landline that's set up with Cust services.

Vodafone have specifically told me that this is not possible - the code is sent direct from a randomiser at their server to my registered number and cannot be intercepted by a Vodafone agent. Be interested to hear how it's working for you!

I have a similar problem. Coverage around here (countryside, remote) is virtually nonexistent, so since Vfone started the text message security code log-in procedure, I havven't been able to log in at all  - texts arrive up to two days later, randomly, so the 20 minute log in window is pretty pointless. Lots of calls and chats with Vodafone add up to -  we can't deliver the code any way except by text; it comes direct from their servicer to me, so can't be intercepted and read out or emailed to me; it will be a matter of years before Vodafpne improve their local coverage, if at all; so if I want to log in I have to drive a few miles away from home and log in on the iphone. Nothing Vodafone can do to help. So, as usual, an 'improvement' has resulted in a worse service.
