my sure signal V1 has stopped working

my sure signal V1 has stopped working, I have tried to reset but no joy, all I have is 1 green light on the front, one green light and one flashing ornage light at the rear

already had a look, tried to reset but no further forward, would you advise deregistering then registering again?

Hi David,

Before you spend hours and hours trying different things and getting nowhere, try replacing your power supply.

It may seem a bit strange, but V1 power supplies are now reaching the end of their useful life and are giving strange symptoms which appear as sure signal problems rather than a power problem. 

If you don't have a suitable replacement, they can be obtained from Amazon or Ebay for around £10 delivered.
