Per post below, my daughter was watching tv when there was a large flash and bang and the circuit board tripped. I came home and found it was the sure signal. Weve had it for a couple of years its a alcatel model 9361. luckily no damage to anything else, how do I get a replacement ?

You will need to purchase a new one from the website, or get one from your nearest store. If you've had it for a few years then it wont be covered by any kind of guarentee or warranty, so your only choice is to purchase a new one, or see what customer services can do for you.
If you have found this helpful, please give Thanks

There are now several stories of exploding SS devices in these forums - this is disconcerting at the very least. It may not be wise to replace it without understandiing what happened and why.
Sounds like yours was a Mk2 - the other reports are for a Mk3.
