Hi,
I have been having the issue for 2 months now. Please see attached. Tried the usual, cleared cache, data, uninstalled, rebooted, etc etc. No luck. I must say that I have never come accross such poor customer service as I have done with vodafone. Spoke to managers, agents, online, phone, email, u name it. The worst ever. I have numerous issues but this one is the one that needs resolving first. Any ideas ?

The team that the email goes to wont have access to this forum but, they will email you and you can reply to them with any screenshots should they request it.
