Trying to set up a brand new sure signal unit, registered 2 x users confirmed email. but phones now seem worse. Lights on unit are red light flashing constantly, amber light on a phone symbol light constantly.
Any ideas what i should do?

Tried the YouTube link last night still the same problem but as it stated 24hrs to possably be recognised was waiting for that just phoned home still the same::smileysad:

On your Virgin Media broadband settings, there will a setting called IPsec (Internet Protocol Security).
Please check your settings and make sure this is disabled as it can prevent the Sure Signal from connecting correctly.
