Anyone suffering signal loss after the recent upgrade of services.???  We now have 4G but no signal.  Have went from full signal to 1 bar, 2 occasionally.  Not enough to make or receive calls.

Come on vodafone recognise the problem and sort it. Loads of us affected !!????

@Lisarae13 As mentioned, we'll be happy to pass on your comments to our Network engineers.

For us to do this, we'd need you to reply to our latest email with specific timed examples of failures with screenshots to go alongside them.

What's the point you have done nothing about it so far after complaining since end of June. I've been getting a refund every month since. I've not had an email from you recently

@Lisarae13 If you change your mind and would like us to continue, please follow the steps I've advised above.

Mobile signal in TD1 3SU too weak to make or receive calls.  Noticed it Tuesday when returned from holiday in Yorkshire, where phone worked fine.

@Penny_L - I’ve checked the coverage in your area and you should get good 2G coverage.

3G and 4G look OK too, however there’s a few patchy areas surrounding you.

Please try changing your phones network settings to 2G only and let us know if this improves thing for calls.

Thanks for coming back to me.  My mobile is a non-smartphone so "G" isn't applicable.  The signal has improved slightly but downstairs is very variable and rarely good enough for making/receiving calls, whereas previously there was no problem.  Upstairs the signal is good.  I'll just have to tell callers to use the landline if it doesn't get stronger overall!

Get no signal at all with 2g or 3G
