One of the users went from payg to monthly and then kept number with new sim. I have deleted them as a user on sure signal and then readded them. Have also reset sure signal but not picking up any signal. Handset is Vodafone turbo 4 and sure signal serial is 40121453183.
Have tried other SIM card in handset and handset works fine....also tried effected SIM in other handsets which did not work so my conclusion is it is nothing to do with handset it is the number with the new SIM.
Please can you send the software updates to my suresignal.

If this doesn't make a difference, please process a hard reset on your handset.
