Hello
We have bought a Vodafone Sure Signal around 6 months ago and it has never worked. There are two problems that seem to be occuring.
Problem 1:
The online Sure Signal management page will not allow us to add any users. It says that my main number (Elena) already exists, but there are 0 users listed. If I try to add my number it says it already exists. If I try to add my son's number it says 'We're having a technical error and can't complete your request'. Needless to say there has been a technical error for 6 months now.
Problem 2:
The Vodafone Sure Signal box itself only has a light with a picture of a globe, and it flashes on and off permenantly. It's connected directly to a router which has good internet access and there is no firewall or proxy or anything like that.
I would really appreciate any help with this matter.

Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
