Yup! As long as the new phone is unlocked or locked to Vodafone UK, just slip your old sim in and you're good (may have to update settings on the new phone, but the sim part is fine). If you need a different size sim, just pop in store or call up and they'll get you a new one with the same number and same contract, so no change apart from the hardware.
