hello
My phone (samsung galaxy ace 3 mini) recently decided to stop doing anything when i connected it to my charger. So i used the usb to laptop and connected it that way but it charges very very slowly and doesn't retain the charge for longer than 2 hours. It's also turning itself off and on regularly. These problems are out of the blue, nothing has been downloaded recently to increase battery useage.
At first i thought my charger had broken but now i think it might be the phones battery, do i simply buy a new one or is there another issue going on, should i be doing something else?
Would be grateful for any advise before i shell out money for a new charger or battery or both...
Also, if i'm under a contract is this something vodafone look to replace or is that only under insurance?
