hi there
After complaining about my signal strength at home i was promised a sure signal box. (probably 9 months to a year ago) nothing has arrived.
I had a call from your customer services team 3 months ago claiming i was a "valued customer". I mentioned the sure signal, they looked on my account, and saw the details there. The guy apologised and said he would send it straight away. Guess what ?!?!?!?!? still no sure signal.
Whats going on ???
