I've taken a look at this for you. The serial number you've provided hasn't been deregistered.

Hi so how can I get it back on to my Vodafone web page account, as I cant 're registered it. And I need to add users as I and my sister cannot get any signal in our house.

I can see that it is now registered and that you have several numbers attached. 

 

Is this working for you now? 

 

If not please let me know the light sequence that you're seeing?

Hi, Sorry i havent replied, ive been away. No the sure signal still isnt working.I have 3 green lights constantly on, 1st,2nd and 4th. Also i have an amber light flashing on the back of the box all the time and a green constant light on next to this at the back.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
