Hi there, my Sure Signal v3 has stopped working without apparent reason. Powerlight is solid red, Internet is solid white, Service is solid white but users light does not show at all.
I did a factory reset to no avail. No user data has been changed, so really no clue as to why this suddenly happened. It worked perfectly fine until 2 days ago.

On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

The light sequence on my Sure Signal doesn't feature in your troubleshooting scenario. All lights are solid, except the User light which is not on at all.
