reception is awful...what have I done?

On Fri I took the leap away from the iPhone and went to the Samsung Note 3 and to begin with I loved the phone but OMG the reception is awful. I am sitting with 'emergency calls only' while my husband (on his iPhone) is nearly on full bars. We also have a Vodafone signal booster box in the hall. I jump from full bars for 10 seconds to nothing. I have tried factory reset this morning with no success!

Did you reregister your number on the sure signal? If you swapped the SIM, you'll need to do that to connect to it again.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
