samsung s6 video call

Hi, I'm unable to make video calls as I don't appear to have that option.
I am able to receive video calls...... I'm stumped.
Can anyone help please?

I've spoken to samsung again who say it's a vodafone issue, that they need to tick the option for customers....

Hi did anyone ever get this resolved as I have the same problem where there is no video call option coming up just standard call and text when I open up a contact!

There was an update for the S6 Edge, further information here, and the S6, more information here rolling out as we speak. 

I don't know if this will resolve your issue, but it may be worth updating to see if it does.
