screen going black on Sky sports mobile

I have had my Samsung Note 3 for one year now her in the UK, and when I took out my contract I took the package with the Sky Sports.

From day 1, when I was watching Sky Sports 1, occasionally the screen would go black, with a large volume (ie sound) icon in the middle. The picture would return after a minute or so, but it was annoying.

Today, watching the big football match, this behaviour was almost constant, so much so that I could not watch the game.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour, or got any suggestions how I might fix it?

@blairk2 - So we can look into this further, we’ll need some more info:

• Does this happen when connected to Wi-Fi or just mobile data?
• If Wi-Fi, have you tried this on another connection?
• If you’re using the mobile network, have you tried a different location?
• Is it just affecting Sky Sports 1, or can you watch other sky channels?
