Hi @steveeasy57 have you tried a different charger in case your battery is flat and the charger is not working?

Try a soft force restart via the instructions in > Vodafone-smart-platinum-7-soft-reset.

If that does not help then a hard reset may help but beware thus may delete your info from the phone.
