sure signal 2 connected problem

Ive had a sure signal for ages but recently its connecting to my phone most of the time but the phone is going to voice mail yet its def connected to the box because I can make calls out. the box is regestered to my number and the wife connects to it as well and she never has any probs with calls going to voicemail. any help would be great coz if I cant get this sorted vodafone is no good to me!!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
