sure signal 3, one phone has full signal the other none.

Hi have new sure signal up and running at last, I have one I phone 5 up and rumming but second i phone does not seem to connect to the sure signal unit. I have registered and unregistered the phone on 3 or 4 occasions.

Does my unit need a re-sync from your end.

I have taken a look at the Sure Signal for you and can see that it updated last night and should now be working for the second number.

Please can you check this again for us and let us know if you have any issues.
