sure signal 3

hi all just bought a sure signal 3 and ever since ive plugged it in the red power light flashes and the small telephone is yellow anyone help me my sure signal 2 didnt have this problem i have bt hub5 thanks

has anyone any ideas? why is the power light flashing and the telephone orange/yellow? i thought these things were plug and play? i bought it today and has plugged in for nearly 3 hours but no change please help

as previuosly said i didnt have any issues with my v2

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
