I have searched the previous messages but have unable to get a clear answer. I have registered my sure signal without problems but keep getting an error message when I try to add new users....
I have tried resetting and other browsers etc but still cant add others.
please help

What error messages are you getting? Have you tried contacting Vodafone to see if they can assist you with your problem?

I repeatedly get the following Sorry – there seems to be a problem.
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004
i have not contacted them except on live chat and it was taking a very long time so gave up. I was hoping someone on the forum may have had the answer

When adding the users to your Sure Signal, please be sure they're added in the correct format.
The number must start '07' not '44' or '+44'.
